Note 10—Related Party Transactions

The Company has subleased a portion of its office space to another company beginning April 1, 2017 and ending March 31, 2018. The Company’s President and two other members of the Company’s Board of Directors hold positions as directors and/or officers of the sublessee. The Company received payments totaling $7,700 and $27,200 related to the sublease for the three and nine-months ended April 30, 2018, respectively. The Company received payments totaling $2,500 and $2,500 related to the sublease for the three and nine-months ended April 30, 2017, respectively.
